Welcome to Muthiga Girls’ High school – a school that promotes accessibility to quality education for increased retention rate, academic excellence and moral growth for self-reliance
It is a Girls Boarding school and located in Githungucu Sub-Location, Ngenda Location, Gatundu South Constituency in Kiambu County, about two kilometers from Gatundu town along Gatundu – Juja road. It is an Extra County school under the sponsorship of Catholic Church, the Arch Diocese of Nairobi.
The Five acre land of the school houses all the school facilities that include -: The Administration Block, Tuition block, the laboratories, the library, Dining hall, boarding area as well as the staff quarters.
The 8.4.4 Curriculum
Muthiga Girl’s School is a beacon of excellence in girl’s education. We offer the 8-4-4 system, delivering an education that goes beyond textbooks to sculpt young minds into future leaders.
CBE
Our CBE Junior and Senior School section is guided by the Ministry of Education guidelines. Muthiga Girls’ School will provide the students with the opportunity to follow any of the available pathways since we have set up infrastructure that can support all three
The School ICT Integration
The school has made strides in ICT Integration in Education with all teachers and students on board. We have enjoyed support from the Ministry Of Education in terms of ICT infrastructure and internet connectivity
