Welcome to Muthiga Girls’ High school – a school that promotes accessibility to quality education for increased retention rate, academic excellence and moral growth for self-reliance
It is a Girls Boarding school and located in Githungucu Sub-Location, Ngenda Location, Gatundu South Constituency in Kiambu County, about two kilometers from Gatundu town along Gatundu – Juja road. It is an Extra County school under the sponsorship of Catholic Church, the Arch Diocese of Nairobi.
The Five acre land of the school houses all the school facilities that include -: The Administration Block, Tuition block, the laboratories, the library, Dining hall, boarding area as well as the staff quarters.
The School ICT Integration
The school has made strides in ICT Integration in Education with all teachers and students on board. We have enjoyed support from the Ministry Of Education in terms of ICT infrastructure and internet connectivity
Academics
This is the key department in the school and is charged with a number of responsibilities where coordinating teaching and learning is on top of the list .It is headed by Mrs. Watoro assisted by Mr. W. Orina
